As of December 1st 2007, to reflect growth in the market, our land investment in Bucharest rises in price from € 12 / m2 to € 18 / m2. Congratulations to those
investors who bought before that date.
Land in Romania has risen dramatically in price since Romania’s EU entry at the beginning of the year. Our land for sale in Bucharest has seen a 50%
price increase to catch up to the fast rising market.
However, we still believe at the new price the land in the commuter belt of the capital city, Bucharest, is still lower than market value.
Why not sell for higher if the market will allow that? Interlink source investment property and land with genuine discounts that will provide a good
