A newly completed, fully furnished first floor apartment situated in the picturesque village of Pissouri. The apartment offers 2 balconies. A large covered balcony overlooking one of the two pools with excellent sea views. Off the kitchen is a smaller balcony which gets the sun all afternoon. Pissouri Village Square is a few minutes walk away where you will find a selection of traditional Cypriot tavernas and restaurants, a truly unique village where time has stood still. Pissouri Bay is only a 5 minutes drive away from the apartment where you will find a blue flag beach and more restaurants and shops to enjoy.

Lounge / Diner with balconies at both ends complete with a 2 seater sofa and a 2 seater sprung bed settee. A large coffee table, lamp table, lamp, TV unit containing TV/ DVD / CD player for you to enjoy along with a selection of DVD’s and CD’s.
Large dining table with 4 chairs.
Bedroom
Comprising of fitted wardrobes (one with a large drawer unit concealed), Double bed with modern glass top bed side tables, matching glass top dressing table / stool and a free standing full length mirror. The room has a ceiling fan and a hair dryer is also provided. Lamps to each bed side table and a radio/CD alarm clock so you can wake up to your favourite songs. A double sofa bed is available in the lounge.
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, large fridge / freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Bathroom
Fully tiled bathroom with bath / shower complete with a shower screen. A large sink vanity unit with underneath storage.
Other
Large balcony with large glass table and 4 reclining chairs overlooking one of the two pools, this balcony also has sea views. A second balcony situated off the kitchen with a small table and 2 chairs.
Cleaning
Bed linen and towels are supplied but please bring your own pool / beach towels.
A welcome pack containing bread, milk etc will be waiting your arrival.
Outside
2 Balconies.
The complex boasts 2 swimming pools 15m x 7.5m and 12m x 5m both with sun loungers and sea views.
Communal outside showers, communal ladies and gent’s w/c and shower rooms. Saunas and a paved communal BBQ are with electric points, sink and a preparation surfaces.
Further details
The village has 3 banks with ATM machines, 3 supermarkets, a green grocers, family butchers, bakery, internet café and gift shop. During the summer months there is a “Cyprus Night” (usually Wednesdays) in the lovely traffic free square with dancing and music. An excellent night out not to be missed!
Coastal / Beach
Pissouri Bay is a 5 minute drive, it is not an over developed resort as some areas of Cyprus have become over the last two decades, but like Pissouri Village it has retained the Cypriot atmosphere. It is here that many Cypriots come on Sundays. The beach itself is clean, part sand, part single and there are water sports available in the summer.
Distance
The apartment is a few minutes away from the village square which on the way you will pass the amphitheatre. Plays and shows are often performed during the height of the summer. Pissouri is about a 30 minute driver from both Paphos (Pafos) and Limassol (Lemesos) if you where looking for more commercialised resorts.
Other exciting days out are Tomb of the Kings archaeological site, Roman Mosaics both of which are in Paphos and will take you past Aphrodite’s Rock on the coast road. Kourion ancient ruins is also an excellent day out towards Limassol. All of which are inexpensive. You also have a selection of waterparks, Water Mania and Wet and Wild situated in Limassol and Aphrodite Waterpark in Paphos.
Golf
Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley Gold Courses are within 10-15 minutes drive, both of which offer excellent facilities.
Travel
Paphos airport is approx 20 minutes away and Larnaca 80 minutes.

Please contact us for full booking details. A deposit of 25% will be required at the time of booking plus a refundable £50 damage / breakable deposit which will be returned promptly after your visit if no damages / breakages have occurred. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. Changeover is flexible, subject to availability. We try to accommodate all guest needs the best we can.
